Dr Vânia Assaly is a physician specialised in Endocrinology and Metabolism, Nutrology and Integrative Medicine, and Co-Founder and Longevity Advisor of B-Life Clinic. She is the Director of Instituto Assaly, in São Paulo, dedicated to personalised medicine.


Education
She graduated in Medicine from UNESP Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and completed her advanced and specialist training in Endocrinology and Metabolism at the University of São Paulo (USP). She is a specialist in Nutrology (ABM Associação Brasileira de Nutrologia) and holds a postgraduate degree in Integrative Medicine from the Albert Einstein Instituto Israelita de Ensino.


Leadership in Lifestyle and Longevity Medicine
In 2017 she founded the Latin American Lifestyle Medicine Association (LALMA), where she is a committee member, served as President from 2022 to 2024 and is currently Scientific Director. She is President of SBMCL and Educational Coordinator at PUC de Goiás.

 Internationally, she is affiliated with the Health Longevity Medicine Society, is an Ambassador of ELMO, a member of BBS BRAIN, and Scientific Consultant to the European Longevity Hub.

Dr Vânia is part of the founding team as Longevity Advisor, bringing her clinical experience in endocrinology and personalised medicine to the clinic s approach in Cascais
